Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director, Laboratory Operations Management to provide strategic and operational leadership across clinical laboratory services. This executive-level role oversees day-to-day laboratory operations, workforce performance, quality, compliance, accreditation, financial management, and continuous improvement.
The successful leader will ensure timely and accurate laboratory reporting, maintain high standards for testing and training, optimize operational performance, and foster a highly skilled, engaged workforce. The role partners closely with clinical, operational, executive, regulatory, and external stakeholders to advance laboratory excellence and organizational priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Healthcare, or a related field AND at least 12 years of experience in medical technology, clinical laboratory sciences, or healthcare; OR
- At least 15 years of experience in medical technology, clinical laboratory sciences, or a healthcare-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience with direct reports in a healthcare-related environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing operational or project budgets.
