Salary Range: $160,000.00 To $205,000.00 Annually
Senior Electrical Superintendent- Relocation to Texas required
Skillforce has teamed up with a leading electrical contracting firm to find an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to join their growing team in Texas. We have multiple openings across Texas and are looking for candidates who are open to relocating for the right opportunity.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong electrical construction background and experience managing large-scale, complex projects. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Senior Electrical Superintendent Key Responsibilities
- Lead field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects from mobilization through completion.
- Oversee electrical installation, manpower, scheduling, productivity, and day-to-day field activities.
- Manage and coordinate Foremen, electricians, subcontractors, vendors, and other project personnel.
- Work on projects valued at $20M+, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, general contractors, and other trades.
- Track project progress and identify potential schedule, manpower, or material issues.
- Ensure electrical work meets quality standards, applicable codes, and project specifications.
- Provide strong field leadership on data center projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements.
Oversee complex electrical systems, including high-voltage installations.
Senior Electrical Superintendent Qualifications
- Significant experience as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
- Strong background in commercial construction.
- Experience leading $20M+ electrical projects.
- Experience with data centers, semiconductor facilities, large commercial construction, or other high-tech/mission-critical projects strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of electrical construction and high-voltage systems.
- Proven ability to lead large field teams and coordinate multiple trades.
- Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, specifications, scheduling, and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Texas.
- Must be willing to obtain a Texas Journeyman Electrical License. The company will assist with the licensing process.
