Associate Director - Robotic Innovation Engineer

This role will concentrate on developing innovations that improve guest satisfaction and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Become an Expert : Gain a thorough understanding of our global operations and processes. Implement Lean Six Sigma : Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and execute process improvement opportunities internationally. Data-Driven Decisions : Utilize data and statistical analysis to prioritize initiatives and assess the effectiveness of process innovations. Adopt Advanced Technologies : Integrate new tools and technologies to improve operational processes. Optimize Workflows : Conduct time-and-motion studies to refine workflows. Performance Metrics : Develop, monitor, and report on key operational performance metrics. Cultivate Innovation : Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization. Travel Requirement : Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international trips, to collaborate with teams and partners. Requirements Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Professional Experience : Minimum of 7 years in process engineering, with a proven record of strategic and analytical problem-solving in various contexts. Lean Six Sigma Expertise : Strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma or other quality enhancement methodologies. Data Management Skills : Proficiency in database management, data visualization, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Minitab, R, MySQL). Kaizen Experience : Experience leading or participating in Kaizen initiatives. Workflow Mapping : Familiarity with operational workflow mapping. Task Management : Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. Curiosity and Problem-Solving : A strong desire to understand systems, perform root-cause analyses, and resolve complex issues. Self-Starter : Independent and motivated, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Innovation Measurement : Proven ability to measure impacts using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or statistical analysis.
