We are currently seeking a Senior Executive - Quality to join our team in the real estate residential project industry. As a Senior Engineer - Quality, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any quality issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and optimize project quality

- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure quality standards are consistently met

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- Proven experience in quality control within the real estate residential project industry

- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
