We're looking for ambition and creativity for our globally recognised superyacht design client in North Holland.

With a growing fleet of both power and sail vessels in operation, build or at concept stage and a growing order book, this fantastic studio is looking to bring a further senior into their team focussed on exterior concept development.

Working closely with the studio owners and joining a team of 10 designers, you'll be a part of the process from the start, capable of sketching ideas before digitising them and bringing them to reality. A true creative, you'll possess both your own creative flow as well as a close understanding of industry styles and trends that will lead to an output that is not only individual but also contemporary.

Duties will include:

Attending client briefing meetings to understand their wants and needs in a yacht
Live sketching and blank sheet development of both large scale design and minute detail
Taking your ideas through to 3D modelling, creating accurate and beautiful digital output
Working with colleagues to ensure you ideas can be engineered and built within both physical and regulatory parameters
Continue to evolve your designs througout the process, being able to work with mid-project change and amendment.
Representing the business at shows and events, with clients and on site during the build process

In a candidate we seek someone with a minimum of 5 years exterior yacht design experienced in custom yachts over 30m. Creative, outgoing and keen to evolve your style and ability you'll be working with a team that engage and inspire those around them to achieve.

Strong skills in sketching as well as a command of 3D CAD software are essential too, along with a strong command of English

You'll be offered an attractive earnings package and assistance to relocate to the local area if required. Whilst not the preferred option, visa sponsorship can also be offered.
