Senior Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

Join a team delivering AI-powered workflow automation to enterprise customers. You will own strategic customer relationships and guide deployments from initial pilot through production, helping organizations transform complex business processes.

What You'll Do

• Own commercial relationships with enterprise customers, including scoping, negotiating, and closing complex pilots and engagements.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders from operations through the C-suite, and define measurable success criteria.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, to implement pilots and scale successful solutions into production.

• Navigate change management, resolve deployment blockers, and keep customer executives aligned.

• Identify expansion opportunities and drive account growth through renewals, pilot conversion, and broader adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of experience across top-tier strategy consulting, enterprise deployment, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or a related area.

• Direct ownership of enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, and complex project delivery.

• Experience defining business problems, building business cases, and delivering measurable customer outcomes, from pilot through production scale.

• Comfort navigating large enterprise organizations and aligning operational and executive stakeholders to drive change.

• Technical fluency with AI systems and the ability to assess implementation progress and engage with engineers, without needing to be an engineer.

• A consistent career history and recent experience relevant to customer-facing deployment, account management, or enterprise growth.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $170,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
