Senior Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

Join a customer-facing team at an AI workflow automation company, owning the commercial and delivery success of complex enterprise deployments. You will guide customers from initial pilot through production scale, helping them automate important business processes and drive lasting operational change.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders, from operations teams to C-suite executives, and own commercial engagements from scoping through close.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders, and define measurable success criteria before deployment.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, to launch pilots and scale successful solutions into production.

• Manage change, resolve blockers, and keep customer teams aligned throughout complex deployments.

• Identify expansion opportunities and support account growth, including renewals and pilot conversion.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of experience combining top-tier strategy consulting or enterprise deployment work with enterprise sales, GTM, business operations, product management, or a related customer-facing role.

• Demonstrated ownership of enterprise relationships and commercial targets, such as quota, expansion, renewal, or pilot conversion.

• Experience defining business problems, building a case for action, and selling engagements to enterprise stakeholders.

• A record of leading end-to-end deployments with measurable customer outcomes, from pilot through production.

• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills, including experience aligning operational and executive teams.

• Technical fluency with AI systems and the ability to discuss implementation and assess engineering work without needing to be an engineer.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $170,000 to $225,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
