Senior Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Strategist, you will lead strategic enterprise deployments for an AI automation company. You will connect customer strategy, commercial ownership, and delivery, helping organizations adopt complex automation from initial pilot through production scale.

What You'll Do

• Own enterprise customer relationships and commercial outcomes, including scoping, negotiating, and closing complex engagements.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders from operations to the C-suite, and define clear success measures.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including engineers, through pilots and production deployments.

• Manage change, resolve blockers, and keep customer executives aligned throughout delivery.

• Identify opportunities to expand successful deployments and grow enterprise accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Typically 3 to 7 years of experience spanning strategy consulting, enterprise deployment, enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, project management, or founding a company.

• Direct experience owning enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, and complex project delivery.

• A track record of taking deployments from problem definition and business case through pilot, measurable customer outcomes, and production scale.

• Experience navigating large organizations, aligning stakeholders, and driving operational change.

• Enough technical fluency to assess implementation progress and engage with engineering teams on AI systems, without needing to be an engineer.
