What You Will Do

Build and ship React-heavy frontend features end to end, including prompt management tools, dashboards, and analytics.
Write production-grade React and TypeScript code live, without AI assistance. This is a must, and interviews include live React coding.
Collaborate closely with backend and full-stack engineers on a team of about seven frontend-focused developers.
Work directly with customers to onboard them, debug issues, and turn their feedback into real UX improvements.
Own major frontend architecture decisions and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
Report directly to the CTO (a co-founder) and have outsized ownership on a small team.

What Is Expected

You have 3-7 years of professional frontend engineering experience, with at least 3-5 years hands-on with React.
You are currently working as a frontend engineer with React at your core.
You can write expert-level React without relying on AI tools. This is non-negotiable.
You have production TypeScript experience, and Node.js is a plus.
You have spent 1.5+ years at a VC-backed startup, and held at least one role at a well-known tech company or high-growth YC startup.
You hold a B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering from a top-tier university (or have strong YC/top-company experience).
You can work on-site in Redwood City, CA, Monday to Friday, plus remote Sundays (6-day work schedule).
