What You'll Do
Architect and build backend services and frontend features for inventory management, order workflows, requests for quotes, and invoicing.

Extend the platform with identity verification automation, collaboration tool integrations, live chat, and AI-powered customer support.
Design, deploy, monitor, and maintain production systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
Take part in daily standups and product discussions, and help resolve customer support tickets as needed.
What We're Looking For
8 to 12 years of software engineering experience, including backend-heavy roles and shipped customer-facing web applications.
Experience with e-commerce or marketplace systems, especially inventory, orders, and customer workflows.
Proficiency with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Git, plus experience with one or more of Go, Rust, Node.js, or Bun.
Familiarity with Temporal, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and hands-on Kubernetes experience.
Experience planning AI-assisted development and writing specifications for AI coding agents.
Comfort owning production systems and monitoring support requests, including resolving customer tickets.
Availability for US-compatible time zones and core collaboration hours from 11 AM to 4 PM Eastern Time.
