🚀 Senior Fullstack Software Engineer | San Francisco, CA | $200K–$400K + Equity
We’re hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to help build the web platform for a fast-growing consumer technology company in San Francisco.
This is a high-ownership, 0→1 opportunity. You’ll establish the web platform, set React/TypeScript standards, and bring an existing consumer mobile product to the web.
What you’ll do
• Build and launch a consumer web product from the ground up
• Own the end-to-end web stack and frontend architecture
• Establish React and TypeScript standards and best practices
• Build polished, responsive interfaces with thoughtful motion and micro-interactions
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect production experiences
• Own internal tools and dashboards
• Partner with backend engineers on APIs, data models, and performance
• Help establish the foundation for future web and Android experiences
• Work autonomously in a fast-moving, high-agency startup environment
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years of fullstack web engineering experience
• Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript
• Proven experience shipping a 0→1 consumer web product at a startup
• Experience owning frontend architecture/platform standards
• Strong product sense and exceptional attention to UI/UX details
• Experience with animations, motion, responsive design, and pixel-perfect Figma implementation
• Comfortable making decisions and shipping quickly with limited direction
• Strong collaboration with backend engineers on API design and data models
Bonus
• Consumer gaming experience
• Payments or real-money product experience
• Real-time application experience
• React Native experience
🎯 This role is especially suited for founders, founding engineers, early startup hires, or engineers who have taken a consumer product from idea → launch → scale.
Compensation: $200K–$400K + competitive equity
Location: San Francisco, CA
Work arrangement: On-site, 5 days/week
Visa: Open to visa transfers, including OPT/H-1B transfers
