Senior Producer, Content (Call of Duty)

Location: Middleton, Wisconsin, United States; onsite four days per week

Salary: $82,240–$152,160 annual base pay, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Drive day-to-day production support for Campaign and Warzone art initiatives, including schedules, sprint planning, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
• Coordinate environments, characters, weapons, vehicles, tech art, lighting, photogrammetry, VFX, and MTX content pipelines.
• Partner with Art Directors, Lead Artists, Production Directors, discipline teams, and partner studios to clarify goals and deliver content.
• Identify blockers, workflow gaps, and production inefficiencies, then implement practical process improvements.
• Unify planning, tracking, review, reporting, and communication practices across global art teams.
• Track decisions, action items, ownership, and dependencies while supporting timely cross-studio alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of game production experience, preferably supporting content teams.
• Strong understanding of art production pipelines from concept through final implementation.
• Experience supporting multiple art disciplines and managing concurrent projects, teams, and priorities.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones, sprint planning, dependencies, and production risks.
• Strong diplomatic, clear, assertive, and solutions-oriented communication skills.
• Advanced fluency with Jira and strong organizational skills in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Call of Duty, live-service games, or large franchise development.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and partner studios.
• Familiarity with AAA development pipelines.
