As our Senior Underground Geologist based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Superintendent you'll: Influence underground mining decisions by providing trusted geological guidance that supports safe and efficient production. Help unlock the value of the orebody through geological interpretation, grade control and resource development activities. Build capability within the team through coaching, mentoring and day-to-day leadership of underground geologists. Drive confidence in geological outcomes through quality data collection, drilling programs and robust QAQC practices. Work alongside passionate mining and technical professionals who value collaboration and shared success. It’s operationally diverse, with opportunities to work on the surface or underground and a great team of people who care. Our recent expansion of the processing plant has more than doubled processing capacity from 2 million to 4.2 million tonnes per year. With open pit and processing all on one site, the operational diversity is ideal for uplifting careers. This position is on an attractive 8:6 roster, working 12-hour days. You can choose to FIFO from Perth or live residentially in Kalgoorlie, relocation within Australia will be supported.
