Senior Interior Designer (30- 35,000 AED) (Dubai based) - Must have Hotel projects experience

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong background in delivering high-end hospitality projects, ideally with direct experience working on hotel projects or similar luxury 5-star hotel developments.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience across hotel interiors, luxury spas, restaurants, F&B venues and guest-facing hospitality spaces, taking projects from concept and design development through to technical coordination and site delivery.

This position requires a strong combination of creative interior design ability, technical knowledge, consultant coordination and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the interior design development of luxury hospitality projects including hotels, spas and Restaurants.
• Manage projects from concept design through design development, technical documentation, tender and construction stages.
• Develop and review interior design concepts to ensure they meet the required luxury hospitality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, lighting designers, kitchen consultants, landscape consultants and specialist contractors.
• Manage and review design packages produced by internal designers and external consultants.
• Ensure all design information is coordinated with architectural, structural and MEP requirements.
• Review material selections, finishes, FF&E, joinery, lighting and bespoke furniture.
• Prepare and review mood boards, material boards, presentations and design proposals.
• Manage design changes and ensure they are properly communicated across all project stakeholders.
• Attend client, consultant, contractor and site coordination meetings.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, material submissions and samples.
• Work closely with contractors and suppliers to resolve design and technical issues during construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the finished project reflects the approved design intent.
• Manage mock-ups, sample rooms and prototype areas where required.
• Maintain design quality while considering project programme, budget and buildability.
• Mentor and manage junior interior designers and provide guidance throughout the design process.
• Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, hospitality standards and client requirements.

Th candidate must have experience working on project from half way to end of the project.

I have a salary budget of 30-35,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights.
