Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 6-8 years.

Hybrid: 2 days Work from Home 3 days Work from Office

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Angular, Python, and SQL. Experience with React is an advantage. The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications and REST APIs.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications
• Develop secure and high-performance REST APIs
• Build and maintain Angular-based frontend applications
• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies
• Design and optimize database solutions across SQL and NoSQL platforms
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on cloud and Kubernetes deployments
• Contribute to CI/CD automation and application delivery pipelines
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito
• Address code quality and security vulnerabilities identified through SonarQube and Black Duck
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical discussions
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Support architectural and technical decision-making across the full technology stack

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong experience in full-stack software development
• Proven ability to design and develop secure, scalable and high-performance applications
• Strong experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Ability to work effectively with DevOps and cloud teams
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
