Senior Legal Counsel

My client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join the Legal team of a well established international business, working closely with the General Counsel.

The role will provide broad legal support across a range of complex commercial projects, partnering with various business functions and R&D teams at both national and international level. Key responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as providing pragmatic legal advice to operational teams across the business.

This position sits within a lean and collaborative legal function, offering the opportunity to take on responsibility, broaden your legal expertise across new areas, and gain exposure to a diverse range of business activities.

Based in Cologne, the role offers a high level of autonomy, international exposure, and a competitive compensation package. Relocation supported is offered.

• Strong Commerical Contracting experience
• 6+ years experience
