About Us:
JET STAR EXPRESS LOGISTICS SERVICES L.L.C. is a newly incorporated, asset-light transport and logistics company based in Dubai Mainland . We are fully onboarded on major digital freight networks (TruKKer, LoadMe) and are expanding our operations on key container haulage routes, focusing heavily on short-haul port operations, local industrial shuttle contracts (Jebel Ali, DIP, Al Quoz, DIC), as well as regional long-haul sectors (Dubai – Fujairah)
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a high-performing, connected Senior Logistics Executive / Dispatcher who brings an existing active portfolio of corporate clients (Shippers, Manufacturers, Freight Forwarders).
To ensure a perfect mutual fit, we are launching this role as a 30-day premium project/pilot phase. Upon successful validation of client accounts and volume movement, we will immediately transition into a permanent role with a full UAE Employment Visa on Mainland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage your existing network to secure direct cargo/container movements outside digital boards.
• Coordinate daily dispatch, route optimization, and carrier communication.
• Negotiate spot rates and manage end-to-end land freight operations .
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of hardcore experience in UAE land freight/container haulage.
• An active, proven portfolio of cargo clients/shippers in the UAE.
• Deep understanding of Jebel Ali port operations and RTA logistics regulations .
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (English is mandatory; Hindi/Urdu is a strong plus).
• Currently holding a valid UAE residence visa (Investor, Spouse, Freelance, or Golden Visa) or in a legal grace period.
What We Offer:
• Immediate Base Retainer: AED 3,500 - 4,500 (for the initial 30 days to cover basic expenses).
• Aggressive Commission Structure: Premium cash/transfer payout per container/trip closed (e.g., AED 50 per successful trip) .
• Long-term growth: Direct Mainland Employment Visa, performance bonuses, and the opportunity to build and head our dispatch division .
