Our Finance Shared Services (FSS) team in Bengaluru, India, is expanding and as we continue to enhance our capabilities and support our growing global operations, we are creating new opportunities across multiple finance functions for talented professionals looking to make an impact.

Your role
- Prepare and submit applicable tax returns across Middle East entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and statutory filing deadlines.
- Support the delivery of regional tax compliance obligations and related reporting requirements across Middle East entities.
- Assist in responding to tax authority enquiries, audits, and information requests, ensuring timely and accurate submission of supporting documentation.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing documentation, analysis, and audit support as required.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for management, business stakeholders, and Group reporting requirements.
- Ensure all assigned activities are completed accurately, in accordance with established controls, and within agreed timelines.
- Support finance transformation, process improvement initiatives, and other ad hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency and control.
- Compile Management accounts, budgets and forecast, along with commentaries & associated reporting.
- Assist in the day to day operations of the Finance Operations team and support the team’s Finance Managers with any ad-hoc tasks
About you
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience working in the accounting function of a sizeable international company
- Competent accountant with good understanding of double entry and accounting best practices
- Knowledge and experience of the following would be an advantage: Oracle ERP; Oracle EPM (ePBCS)
- Excellent Excel spreadsheet skills and working knowledge of other MS office tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize own workload
- Strong sense of ownership, drive and ability to deliver results
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good team player with positive attitude
- Experience of interacting with multiple businesses and finance functions
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze information and processes.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualified CA, CPA, ACCA
- Bachelor's degree – Preferably B’Com
Additional Information
- Working hours: 10am – 7.30pm (India Standard Time) but flexibility will be required.
- Work Location: Yelahanka, Bangalore
- Candidate must have required infrastructure to enable remote working when required.
