Work you'll do Manage Deloitte U.S. Travel Agency Operations, Agent Teams, Technology Tools, and Service Delivery Assess new opportunities for continuous improvement via new technologies or process enhancements Collaborate with key internal Deloitte U.S. Firms stakeholders and suppliers Coordinate implementation of air, hotel, ground, and other travel discount programs Improve on-line booking tool experience Provide agent feedback from monthly call monitoring sessions Manage Agency KPIs and SLAs to make adjustments accordingly Partner with Security Team on duty-of-care related issues and concerns Manage Daily / Ad-hoc Reporting Requests as well as ensure daily feeds are accurately uploaded Reconcile Monthly Travel Agency Invoice Manage Direct Report The team Global CoRe is a shared service within Deloitte Global, providing fundamental services to Deloitte People around the world: Knowledge Services, Creative Services, Contact Center, Procurement and Strategic Insights Center. Qualifications Industry knowledge of travel categories, procurement and strong negotiation skills Strong knowledge and use of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) and Online Booking Tools Analytical skills and proficiency in MS office (Excel, PowerPoint) Customer services management, issue / escalation management and resolution Works with cross-functional teams and leaders across many levels of management Other Qualifications Experience in or with large travel agency operations and large complex high touch global travel programs in the United States Demonstrated abilities in: Working independently in an unstructured environment; developing structure and clarity around the ambiguous by taking a concept and developing ideas/about solutions to achieve progress Navigating through complex collaborative initiatives Understanding, documenting, and improving business processes Interacting and influencing internal stakeholders of all levels of the organization Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
