Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers and executive stakeholders. Build and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and sales. Drive program schedules, action items, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans. Manage strategic customer quotations, RFQs, and contract negotiations. Track program performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and revenue objectives. Identify process improvements that enhance program execution and customer satisfaction. Provide regular program updates to Director and executive-level leadership. Mentor and support developing Program Managers within your assigned business segment. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
