- Drive continuous improvement of equipment performance, throughput, quality, reliability, and maintainability.
- Perform engineering analysis, design reviews, testing, and root cause investigations to support sound technical decisions.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, specifications, and change records.
- Manage external suppliers, machine builders, and integrators through design, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning activities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and technical leadership.

- Strong background in machine design, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and design for manufacturability and assembly.
- Familiarity with machine safety principles, risk assessments, and industrial equipment standards.
- Experience designing and integrating mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, motion control, vacuum, thermal management, or other industrial process systems.
- Hands-on prototyping, testing, and manufacturing process experience.
