Job Requirements Liaising with the Municipal Corporation Town Planning Department and NAINA CIDCO for IOD, LOI, CC/OC, Zone Certificate & NOC’s for EC. Managing TDR (Transfer of Development Rights) - Drafting applications, affidavits, undertakings, and agreements for TDR generation. Coordinating with the Building Department and Town Planning Department for approvals and registration of documents. Ensuring timely receipt of TDR certificates. RMC Plant Permissions- Compiling and submitting necessary documentation for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) Plant Permissions in Panvel Municipal Corporation and NAINA CIDCO. Collaborating with the Horticulture Department for Tree NOC. Working with the taxation department for Taxation of flats and transfer property tax. Engaging with the Water department for Water NOCs. Staying updated on Revenue legal matters and other orders and permissions letters. Maintaining records of all pending litigation. Reviewing and validating all property-related documents for land purchase. Verifying the 7/12 Extract related mutation of heirs. Reviewing all Revenue documents of the property.
