You will own the lifecycle of manufacturing data execution, from managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and effectivity dates in Oracle to coordinating directly with NPI teams on the timing of new part cut-ins. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and be part of the growth of a fast-moving company with breakthrough technology and an incredible mission! Configuration Control : Maintain and update highly accurate work order configuration documents to reflect the most current manufacturing bills of material (mBOMs). Variance Analysis : Proactively analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve variances between PLM effective revisions and Oracle effective revisions to prevent build errors. What you'll bring: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. Experience : 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, master data management, or NPI, with deep hands-on expertise in Oracle PIM and PLM systems (e.g., Agile, Teamcenter, Arena). Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of manufacturing Bills of Material (mBOMs), routing, ECO processes, and ERP/PLM data architecture. Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex changes across Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams. Where you'll work: This role is based at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV—an easy commute from the city of Pittsburgh, PA. This 550,000-square-foot facility is our hub for high-volume battery production and a leader in the new era of American energy manufacturing.
