Senior Power Platform/Copilot Developer

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform/Copilot Developer to join a PowerApps Factory team responsible for end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering through rollout in production. This role focuses on designing and building AI skills and agents to streamline AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps, with an emphasis on pro-code solution delivery, integrations with multiple upstream systems and APIs, and scalable data models in Dataverse.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and skills to support AI-assisted development of pro-code Power Apps
• Build and maintain scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Power Apps
• Architect and manage data models within Microsoft Dataverse
• Configure and customize AI-driven conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
• Participate in the full solution lifecycle, from design through production rollout
• Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, performance, and scalability standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development, including Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, and Microsoft Power Platform
• 2+ years of experience in AI Agents Development and Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Proficiency in designing and implementing pro-code solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Expertise in building scalable data models in Dataverse
• Experience integrating solutions with multiple upstream systems and APIs
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Familiarity with APIs and Integration
• Knowledge of DevOps
• Understanding of REST
