If you build price lists, comparable sets or absorption analyses for a developer or brokerage, you already do the core of this job. Here you do it on a platform made for it, across many projects and clients.

THE ROLE

You will set up client projects, run pricing simulations, and walk developers' sales and pricing teams through what the numbers show.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Load a client's unit list and build the price configuration: base PSF, view premiums, floor rise and adders

• Run strategy comparisons and explain the difference in clear terms

• Check each result against DLD recorded transactions for the same area

• Prepare pricing summaries for client meetings and join the meetings

• Tell the product team where the tool falls short

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years in real estate pricing, revenue analysis, sales analytics or market research in the UAE

• Strong Excel skills; you read a price list and spot what is off

• Understanding of PSF, floor rise, payment plans and absorption

• Clear writing and a calm manner in client meetings

• No coding needed

WHAT WE OFFER

• Base salary: AED 22,000 to 28,000 per month
