Oplu is leading the search for a Senior Private Personal Assistant to support a Principal within a single family office in Singapore.
This is the anchor appointment in a private office the family intend to build out over time. With the Principal's interests spanning six international jurisdictions, the role requires a highly experienced, proactive private-support professional who is comfortable operating internationally and taking genuine ownership.
This is not a corporate EA role. The family are looking for someone who notices what needs doing, takes ownership, and quietly makes it happen.
The role
- Manage the Principal's diary and calendar across multiple time zones.
- Plan and manage complex international travel, including accompanying the Principal.
- Run discrete projects end to end, including property and interior design work.
- Coordinate with the corporate side of the family office in Singapore and Hong Kong.
- Support the family's foundation across scheduling, correspondence and events.
- Handle correspondence and communications on the Principal's behalf.
- Prepare research and briefing material.
- Coordinate household staff, property managers and contractors at properties in Japan and Australia.
- Manage relationships with hotels, restaurants, clubs, agents and service providers.
- Provide personal administration and lifestyle support with the same rigour as the professional remit.
Who you are
- Substantial experience as a Private PA, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Lifestyle Manager.
- Track record supporting a private individual, UHNW Principal, entrepreneur, or family office.
- Strong complex international travel and itinerary management experience.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and technological confidence.
- Composed under pressure and comfortable with last-minute change.
- Strong judgement, discretion, and absolute trustworthiness.
- Genuine willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice.
- The family are looking for a long-term relationship rather than a short-term appointment.
Apply confidentially via Oplu. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
