About the Company

We are working with a rapidly growing technology scale-up specialising in indoor mapping, location and wayfinding technology. Its AI-powered platform is used by millions of people globally across airports, hospitals, offices and retail environments.

The company has strong enterprise traction and works with major global organisations across technology, aviation, government and other enterprise sectors. With a growing product organisation, this is an opportunity to have significant influence over product strategy and direction.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Location to join the Location product squad.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role working closely with the CEO and CPO to define product strategy, roadmap priorities and new product initiatives.

You will own products throughout their lifecycle, from identifying customer and market opportunities through strategy, roadmap definition, development and launch.

The role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys working in a technical, customer-facing and fast-paced scale-up environment and wants significant ownership over a product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the Location product roadmap, working closely with senior leadership.
  • Define product strategy, priorities and new product initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design and Marketing to deliver product initiatives.
  • Translate enterprise customer feedback into product requirements, user stories and design concepts.
  • Conduct regular product feedback sessions with enterprise customers.
  • Work directly with senior and C-level stakeholders at enterprise organisations.
  • Present product concepts, roadmaps, demos and new capabilities to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Create and support product collateral including guides, FAQs, videos and presentations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the product based on customer needs, market trends and business objectives.
  • Resolve product and delivery blockers in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Operate as a strategic individual contributor, with potential to move into people management as the product organisation grows.

Essential Requirements

Product Management

  • 6–8+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Strong experience with B2B SaaS or software/hardware products.
  • Proven experience taking products from 0-to-1.
  • Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment.
  • Proven ownership of products across the full lifecycle — strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery and launch.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, prioritisation and roadmap management.

Technical Experience

  • Strong technical product management capability.
  • Familiarity with APIs, mobile applications and/or SDKs.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with Engineering teams.
  • Engineering background is beneficial, but strong technical product experience will also be considered.
  • Good understanding of UX and product design principles.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Design and Marketing.

Enterprise & Stakeholder Management

  • Proven experience working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to translate customer feedback into actionable product decisions.
  • Experience managing competing customer requirements and feature requests.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and independent decision-making ability.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving scale-up environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mapping, geospatial, location or wayfinding products.
  • Experience working with Fortune 100 or large enterprise customers.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing technology startup or scale-up.
  • Experience working with products involving mobile, SDK or location-based technologies.

Location & Work Authorisation

  • Must be able to work from the Fulham, London office twice per week – Tuesday and Thursday.
  • Candidates should already have UK work authorisation or be eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Candidates currently outside London must be willing to relocate to London.
  • Candidates must be comfortable with the required hybrid working arrangement.
