Senior Product Manager, AI Agents and Marketplace

About the Role

Join a product team building an industrial workforce marketplace and AI tools for supply chain operations. You will shape core staffing workflows and help develop production-ready AI agents that understand customer operations and complete meaningful work.

What You'll Do

• Set product strategy for marketplace workflows and the AI agent platform.

• Balance customer needs, operational realities, business outcomes, technical constraints, and evolving AI capabilities.

• Write detailed product requirements and partner with engineering, product, and machine learning teams to ship solutions.

• Build systems that improve marketplace liquidity, fulfilment, matching quality, and operational efficiency.

• Design agents that reason through workflows, use tools, maintain context, and execute tasks.

• Define evaluation methods and quality measures that improve agent reliability and performance.

• Use data and SQL to investigate product questions, validate ideas, and guide iteration.

• Work with customers and operations teams to prototype and launch products across varied industrial environments.

What We're Looking For

• Three to ten years of product management experience owning complex products at fast-growing startups.

• A record of shipping products at high velocity and scale, with measurable business results and comfort navigating ambiguity.

• Strong technical skills, including SQL, and experience using AI assistants as part of your daily workflow.

• Experience across marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, recruiting, multi-sided platforms, or AI products.

• Ability to build for non-technical users and work effectively across product, engineering, data, machine learning, and operations.

• Experience building agentic AI products is valuable, as are strong computer science fundamentals or a technical degree.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Remote in the United States, with San Francisco, California as the primary location.
