Senior Product Manager, AI Education

About the Role

As Senior Product Manager for AI Education, you will help a fast-growing AI accounting technology organization keep its teams at the forefront of rapidly evolving AI capabilities. You will build practical learning programs and tools that help employees adapt their workflows, collaborate effectively with agents, and work securely with sensitive financial data.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver company-wide AI education programs, role-specific playbooks, and hands-on workshops that drive measurable changes in how people work.

• Test new AI models and tools, build with them, and turn your findings into useful guidance for technical and non-technical teams.

• Work directly with teams to identify skill gaps, redesign workflows around AI agents, and support lasting adoption.

• Translate new AI techniques into secure, reliable, repeatable systems for handling sensitive data.

• Build learning tools, agent capabilities, and internal workflows that help people learn in the flow of work and automate suitable tasks.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years of product management or related experience, including work at a startup or high-growth company.

• Experience building education, enablement, developer education, learning, or onboarding products such as courses, documentation, or training tools.

• Experience shipping products using LLMs or agentic workflows, and regular hands-on use of AI tools.

• Strong technical foundation, including a degree in computer science or an equivalent technical discipline.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs, coding agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation; experience as a developer advocate, solutions engineer, or technical educator is relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $100,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site, five days per week in New York, New York.
