Senior Product Manager - RELOCATION TO DUBAI

I am currently recruiting a Senior Product Manager on behalf of my client who are a rapidly growing, well-funded AI-native Fintech platform headquartered in Dubai, UAE.

They are a fast-growing B2B technology company developing AI-powered financial management and business operations tools for growing enterprises across the region. Their platform leverages automation and smart workflow tools to give business leaders real-time financial clarity, automated reporting, and streamlined back-office operations.

This is a Senior Product Role with direct ownership of the core platform and a clear trajectory into senior executive product leadership as the company scales.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

You will own what gets built and why. Reporting directly to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) while collaborating closely with the CEO, Engineering, and Client Success teams, you will turn high-level strategy into actionable execution.

• Strategy & Planning: Define product strategy with executive leadership and translate vision into clear quarterly roadmaps.
• Backlog Ownership: Prioritize backlog features based on business impact, technical effort, and delivery timelines.
• Agile Execution: Write clear user stories and comprehensive PRDs, staying at least two sprints ahead of engineering teams.
• Sprint & Release Management: Run sprint planning with tech leads and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before major deployments.
• Market Benchmarking: Analyze regional and global fintech landscapes to keep the platform ahead of market trends.
• Post-Launch Analytics: Track product performance, feature adoption, and user retention to confirm target business outcomes.

Key Success Metrics

• Features delivered on time vs. quarterly plan
• Measurable client adoption and post-launch outcome targets
• First-round UAT acceptance rates
• Backlog readiness and sprint engineering velocity

Profile Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with a preference for Fintech, B2B SaaS, or products built for SMEs.
• AI Expertise: Hands-on experience building, deploying, or scaling AI/LLM-driven products.
• Customer Discovery: Exceptional user discovery skills; highly comfortable talking directly with business owners and founders.
• Technical Writing: Outstanding ability to produce structured PRDs, user stories, and strategic roadmaps.
• Agile Leadership: Deep experience working side-by-side with engineering teams in fast-paced sprint cycles.
• Nice to Have: Background in accounting/tax/finance workflows, or direct experience in the UAE/GCC market.
