THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE The Everyday Banking PCA and Savings teams in Retail Banking are looking for a Senior Product Proposition Manager based out of Milton Keynes, other primary head office location will be considered. This role is a 12 month FTC/Secondment It’s a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing opportunities to shape and deliver some of the most strategic priorities of the Bank, so it’s a great time to join and make a difference. This role will lead programmes of work directly contributing to the TSB integration and also has opportunities to work across the different product disciplines including management of customer propositions, change initiatives and strategies related to personal current and savings accounts. It is a commercially orientated role with a strong emphasis on creating good outcomes for customers and the Bank. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: Leading TSB integration workstreams, strategies and initiatives for all phases (pre-migration, integration and post-migration) Ensure regulatory compliance and execute robust risk identification, reporting and management, including regulatory returns to support integration (e.g. Part VII) Significant collaboration with stakeholders across the bank, agreeing clear ownership of actions and tracking through to completion Drive key initiatives through to delivery, facilitate working groups, prepare reports and present to senior management and meetings, as appropriate Analyse product, market, risk and economic data to inform business decisions Make decisions within the limits of established policies and procedural guidelines escalating where appropriate Manage direct reports, encouraging and developing excellence WHAT YOU’LL BRING Our people are our greatest strength. Professional Experience Financial services experience (Required) , with explicit Personal Current or Savings experience (preferred) Strong project management capability, with experience delivering complex initiatives, attention to detail and working independently (Required) Education A degree-level qualification or beyond (Preferred) Hard Skills Regulatory expertise relevant to savings e.g. FCA rules, Consumer Duty (Preferred) Soft Skills A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering fair and positive outcomes, along with regulatory compliance (Required) Communication and influencing skills with strong stakeholder management at all levels. Supported by commercial understanding and ability to analyse information and data. (Required) Being able to translate commercial, market and customer analysis/ research into insight and business cases that are clear and compelling. Salary Range: £74,144.00 - £111,216.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
