Salary Range: $105,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually

***Security Clearance Required: A Final DoD Top Secret Clearance***

This position does not provide a telework option. Candidate must be willing to work on-site in Eglin Air Force Base, FL.


CRL provides a signing bonus and potential relocation assistance for this position.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct the integration of lifecycle product support and acquisition logistics for advanced weapons systems. Serve as the primary logistics advocate to the joint warfighter.
  • Led the development and fielding of innovative munitions handling and loading solutions.
  • Directed munitions surveillance inspections, maintenance, and scheduling for wing stockpiles.
  • Led teams in the full life cycle management of conventional munitions, including build-up, testing, and renovation.
  • Oversee the verification, validation, and fielding of Technical Orders (TOs) and technical manuals to guarantee accurate operational documentation for the field.
  • Maintain accountability for multi-million dollar precision-guided munitions stockpiles, managing local custody accounts, surveillance inspections, and demilitarization operations.
  • Leads and collaborates with functional managers, sustainment organizations, contractors, and field users to engineer and innovate logistics solutions, resolving operational shortfalls.

Tasks Performed:

  • Authored strategic site activation briefs and developed comprehensive training plans for next-gen missile systems.
  • Serves as the primary logistics interface and advocate for the joint warfighter, providing authoritative guidance on lifecycle logistics for advanced weapons systems development, fielding, and disposal.
  • Develops and authors strategic site activation plans, outlining hardware, software, and training requirements for the deployment of Advanced Weapon systems across multiple commands (e.g., ACC, NAVAIR).
  • Executes agile project management for aircraft armament and munitions systems, coordinating requirements, design reviews, test plans, and asset beddown across acquisition, sustainment, and operational units.

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related professional/support field.


Required Experience:

Candidate must have at least eight (8) years of experience in program analysis, scheduling, project coordination, or acquisition munitions support within a DoD or Department of the Navy (DoN) program office.

Allowable Experience/Education Substitutions: Experience cannot be substituted for education.


Desired Experience:

  • Ability to operate independently without day-to-day direction; self-starter in all aspects of programmatic and technical leadership, and customer satisfaction.
  • Candidate should be proficient in all Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience with Adobe Acrobat and share point style file sharing systems.
  • Candidate should have demonstrated outstanding oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidate should have experience working in a dynamic, schedule constrained, and complex security environment. Special Access Program experience is a plus.

Security Clearance Required: A Final DoD Top Secret Clearance.

Estimated Travel: 10%

Location: On-site Eglin Air Force Base, FL. Telework is not offered.


Pay Range: $105,000-$175,000. Salary will be set based on experience, education, and contractual requirements. This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of CRL's compensation package.
