Senior Project Manager – Transmission

Location: Flexible (Relocation Available)

Salary: $180,000–$230,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits

Our client is a nationally recognized engineering and EPC firm delivering some of the largest transmission infrastructure projects across the United States. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile transmission projects from engineering through construction.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of complex transmission projects, managing budgets, schedules, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery. This is a leadership role with direct influence over project execution and the opportunity to progress into senior operational management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of high-voltage transmission projects from initiation through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, and overall financial performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for utility and EPC clients.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and field operations teams.
• Drive project quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers while supporting business growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of transmission project management experience.
• Proven experience delivering high-voltage transmission projects (69kV–500kV+).
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution and utility client expectations.
• Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, commercial, and client-facing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
