Senior Property Advisor

Pinnacle Assurance Properties is hiring experienced Advisors to join our Dubai-based brokerage. This is a commission-only opportunity for motivated individuals who want to build a strong career in Dubai real estate, whether they have market experience or looking to restart with fresh beginnings. You’ll join a young, ambitious group of individuals who are growing side by side and supporting one another.

We’re looking to build and nurture Senior Property Advisors with an entrepreneurial mindset. People who are willing to develop into excellent advisors, build a strong personal reputation and become well known and trusted in the Dubai property market.

Role Overview

• Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across off plan, leasing and secondary markets
• Advise investors and end users through a consultative, insight led approach
• Build and maintain a strong, conversion focused pipeline through networking, referrals and strategic outreach
• Identify new business opportunities and develop lasting client relationships
• Stay ahead of Dubai market trends, community developments, launches, payment plans and investment opportunities
• Arrange and lead property viewings, prepare offers, negotiate terms and close high value transactions
• Keep accurate records of clients, viewings and deal progress in the CRM
• Deliver a best in class client experience from the first interaction through to deal completion

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year’s experience in Dubai real estate or a high performance sales environment, with a proven track record in off plan, leasing and or secondary sales
• Strong understanding of consultative selling, pipeline management, client acquisition and revenue targets
• Commercially sharp, entrepreneurial and client focused, with the ability to build lasting relationships and develop a strong personal reputation
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation, follow up and closing skills
• Self driven, disciplined and motivated by performance, with the ability to work independently while contributing to a young and ambitious team
• Professional presentation and integrity, with RERA certification or Broker Card preferred; a valid UAE driving licence, own vehicle and additional languages are advantages
