Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant – Off Plan is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, focused on generating business, advising clients, and closing high-value real estate transactions. The role requires strong Dubai market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close off-plan deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, generate leads, and build a strong client pipeline
• Conduct client meetings and understand their property and investment requirements
• Present suitable off-plan and secondary market opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
• Negotiate with clients and developers to successfully close deals
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into successful transactions
• Stay updated on Dubai market trends, projects, and developer offerings
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize commission earnings
• Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM
• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1–2 years of real estate experience in the Dubai market
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Proven track record in closing off-plan property deals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• UAE driving license and car preferred
