(subject to review and approval) About the Role: Take the next step in your leadership career with Forensic Mental Health Services (FMHS), part of Mental Health, Justice Health and Alcohol & Drug Services (MHJHADS). Based at Dhulwa Mental Health Unit, a 25-bed secure forensic inpatient facility, you will join a highly skilled multidisciplinary team delivering recovery-focused care to consumers with complex mental health needs. FMHS offers a unique and rewarding specialist practice environment, supported by ongoing professional development, forensic-specific training, and clinical supervision. As a senior clinician, you will provide expert consultation on complex presentations, undertake comprehensive psychological and risk assessments, contribute to behavioural management and rehabilitation planning, and provide supervision and support to psychologists and allied health staff. You will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues and play a key role in clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives, and the ongoing development of the therapeutic program at Dhulwa. We are seeking an experienced psychologist with strong clinical leadership skills, sound professional judgement, and the ability to communicate with influence across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
