Senior Real Estate Agent – Dubai | Secondary Market & Off-Plan

Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding its Secondary Market and Off-Plan teams and is looking for experienced real estate professionals with a proven track record of closing transactions.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for established agents who understand the Dubai real estate market and are ready to perform within a well-supported, results-driven environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience

• Proven and verifiable history of closed transactions

• Dubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred

• Secondary Market and/or Off-Plan experience

• Strong negotiation, follow-up and closing skills

• Ability to generate listings and develop your own network

• Professional, disciplined and target-driven

• Excellent English communication skills

• Additional languages are an advantage

The Role

You will manage your pipeline from opportunity to closing, including converting qualified leads, developing client relationships, securing listings, conducting viewings, negotiating transactions and maintaining consistent follow-up.

We provide the leads, marketing, technology, infrastructure and support. You bring the experience, discipline and ability to close.
