KBN Group Holding is expanding its real estate portfolio, and we're looking for a Senior Real Estate Broker ready to own deals from first contact to final signature.

The Role

You'll manage the full sales and leasing cycle-sourcing listings, advising clients, negotiating terms, and closing transactions. This is a role for someone who already has the network, knows the Qatar market inside out, and can point to a track record of deals that actually closed.

What You'll Do

Generate and convert leads through your network, referrals, and KBN's marketing channels
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants with professionalism and discretion
Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and viewings
Negotiate and drive transactions through to completion
Build lasting relationships with clients, developers, and investors
Stay ahead of market trends, pricing, and regulatory requirements
Mentor junior agents and help drive team targets and growth

What You Bring

Proven experience as a real estate broker with a strong record of closed deals and client retention
Valid real estate broker licence, as required by local regulations
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of the Qatar property market
Proficiency in CRM systems and property portals
Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages a strong advantage
Valid Qatar driving licence and own car
