We're a boutique specialist in Finance, Accounting, and Technology recruitment. Since launching in 2021 we've partnered with a diverse range of organisations, from major Financial Services firms and global listed companies to not-for-profits.

We're ambitious, and on a mission to become Australia's go-to agency for Finance & Accounting and Technology talent. The foundations are in place, and now we're looking for a Senior Recruiter to take a key role in shaping the next phase of Excolo's growth.

We're about to move into a new, bigger office at Cubes.Co, 347 Kent Street, to support that growth. You'll be based in the heart of Sydney's CBD, a short walk from Wynyard and Town Hall.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Finance & Accounting Recruiter, you'll drive growth in one of our most in-demand practice areas, partnering with clients across:

• Financial & Management Accounting
• Financial Control, Reporting & Treasury
• Audit, Risk & Compliance
• Commercial & Business Analysis
• Financial Analysis & Business Partnering
• Transactional Finance
• Finance Transformation & Systems Projects

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, grow a strong client portfolio, and place skilled finance professionals into roles that genuinely move their careers forward.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, delivering a great experience for both clients and candidates.
• Proactively develop and grow your client base through networking, business development, and relationship management.
• Build talent pipelines and stay close to what's happening in the Finance & Accounting market.
• Work collaboratively with your team to share insights, plan effectively, and celebrate success.
• Consistently set and achieve goals, backed by drive, focus, and persistence.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on Finance & Accounting (or strong related B2B or consultative sales experience).
• A track record of building client relationships and delivering results.
• A genuine interest in connecting people with opportunities and watching them succeed.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and a proactive approach to business development.
• A confident, relationship-driven style, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
