Senior Sales Executive - Brand Activation, Marketing, Event Planning & Exhibitions (UAE)

Location: UAE (on-site / physical presence required)

Employment type: Part-time (UAE visa transfer available if they prove their work) OR independent contractor via Deel.com

Compensation: Minimum base salary + 10–15% commission per project/deal

About the Role

We are a brand activation and expo booth activation Company plus event planners with 10+ years experience in Saudi working with over 30 known brands. We work in promotions, team building activities as well. We're looking for a proven closer - someone who brings deals, not just leads. This isn't a role for quotation-senders or cold-callers. We want a sales professional with an existing network who can walk in the door with relationships already built and turn them into signed business. If you know how to hunt, close, and deliver, this is a high-earning, performance-driven opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Bring in and close B2B deals within the brand activation and exhibitions space
• Leverage your existing network of contacts to generate real, converted business
• Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed purchase order
• Understand client needs across brand activation and exhibition projects and respond with confidence and credibility
• Commission Structure
• Commission of 10–15% per project/deal is earned and counted once the client opens a Purchase Order (PO) with us. The more you close, the more you earn - uncapped potential for the right person.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in Dubai/UAE Market
• A true deal-maker - a history of closing deals, not just building pipelines or sending quotes
• Extensive B2B sales experience - this is non-negotiable
• An established network of industry connections you can activate immediately
• Brand activation, Marketing (Below the line), Corporate Events and Exhibition (booths, stands) experience is a strong skill; at minimum, you must understand the full process of both and be able to speak to clients credibly about them and know how to sell it like you have been working on it forever.
• Professional or native-level English (spoken and written) or Native Arabic or Both
• Relentless drive, confidence, and the instinct to close - we want someone with the hunger and sharpness to own the room.
