About the Role
Join the security team at a rapidly growing enterprise AI platform company, where you will own application security for a multi-tenant platform. You will work closely with product engineering to protect customer data and build security into the software development lifecycle.
What You'll Do
Design and implement application security controls, including secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
Partner with product engineering teams to integrate security from product design through deployment.
Build security tooling and automation that helps developers identify and remediate vulnerabilities efficiently.
Lead security code reviews and architecture assessments, with attention to AI integrations and customer data handling.
Respond to application security incidents and drive improvements based on lessons learned.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of experience in application or infrastructure security, or strong software engineering experience with a clear interest in hands-on security work.
Experience with GCP or AWS cloud security. Familiarity with tools and practices such as Python, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SAST, DAST, IAST, and container security is relevant.
Strong computer science fundamentals, supported by a CS degree or equivalent background.
Experience at a fast-growing company or VC-backed startup; early-stage or founding security experience is a plus.
A hands-on engineering background. This role is not suited to a purely compliance or GRC profile.
At least one year in your current role. Competitive programming experience is a plus.
