Senior Security Engineer

About the Role

Join the security team at a fast-growing enterprise AI company, where you will own application security for a multi-tenant AI platform. You will work directly with product engineers to build security into development and protect sensitive customer data.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement application security controls, including secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.

• Partner with product engineering teams to integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.

• Build security tooling and automation that helps developers identify and remediate vulnerabilities quickly.

• Lead security code reviews and architecture assessments, with attention to AI model integrations and customer data handling.

• Respond to application security incidents and drive improvements based on lessons learned.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of software engineering experience, with hands-on application or infrastructure security experience or a strong interest in specializing in security.

• Strong computer science fundamentals and a track record of engineering in fast-paced, growing environments.

• Experience with GCP or AWS cloud security.

• Familiarity with Python, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and security tools and practices such as Semgrep, CodeQL, SAST, DAST, IAST, and container security.

• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $200,000 to $330,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
