Senior ServiceNow Developer

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Your Profile & DNA:

We're looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple business domains.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer automations, integrations, and notifications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and customise ServiceNow applications following platform best practices.
• Manage deployments using Source Control, Update Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to solution architecture, technical governance, and continuous platform improvements.
• Support testing, deployments, and post-production activities.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong scripting and development expertise.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of modern engineering practices such as TDD, BDD, Clean Code, Refactoring, Pair Programming, and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• At least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation.
