Experience: Senior-level enterprise architecture experience

Requisites:

• Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform architecture, governance standards and roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews and establish reusable design patterns and upgrade-safe development standards.
• Design and develop enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer and scoped applications.
• Architect Employee Center, Service Portal, Service Provider Portal and custom portal solutions.
• Design Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspace solutions to improve user experience and productivity.
• Establish integration frameworks using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers and event-driven architectures.
• Lead integrations with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Azure and Workday.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design workshops, mentor architects and developers.
• Drive workflow automation, low/no-code development and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support presales, solution design and technical decision-making.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), CAD and CIS

Nice to Have:

• Employee Center Pro, Advanced UI Builder and Service Provider Portal.
• Now Assist / Generative AI, Automation Center and Platform Analytics.
• Service Operations Workspace and Customer Service Workspace.
