Together, you'll advance solutions in service orchestration, service management, inventory management, and infrastructure automation. Working closely with telecom engineering teams, infrastructure providers, and business stakeholders, you'll help shape the future of mobile services. What impact will you have? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to shape technical solutions and priorities. Take ownership of end-to-end stakeholder and customer needs — from requirements and solution design to delivery and user acceptance testing. Build, operate, and continuously improve applications running on Kubernetes. Drive Agile engineering practices through collaboration, code reviews, pair programming, demos, and shared learning. Influence architecture and technology decisions to ensure scalable and reliable solutions. Accelerate engineering outcomes through AI-powered tools and automation. Coach and mentor engineers by fostering a culture of learning and innovation with best practices and engineering excellence. Must- haves: A degree in Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable technical field. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a hands-on, proactive attitude. Proven ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders across technical and business domains. Experience gathering requirements and delivering stakholder-centric solutions in complex environments. A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous self-learning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Proficiency in Golang, Python, Vue.js , or similar technologies. Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms, including containers, Helm, and GitOps practices. Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD toolchains such as Git, GitLab Pipelines, and FluxCD. Practical use of AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering efficiency and solution delivery. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Nice-to-haves: Familiarity with the Kubernetes Operators ecosystem and related cloud-native technologies. Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, or similar). Knowledge of telecommunications and mobile service environments. Passion for software craftsmanship, including Clean Architecture and Test-Driven Development (TDD). Experience building modern frontend applications and user interfaces. Want to know more about us?
