Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer with deep Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2) technical expertise to deliver enhancements, customizations, and integrations across Finance and Supply Chain Management domains. The role owns technical solutions end to end — from requirement analysis and design through development, tuning, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design scalable technical solutions on Oracle EBS R12.2

• Develop RICE components, customizations, and extensions across Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and SCM (PO, iProcurement) modules

• Build and maintain Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher (XML Publisher) outputs

• Develop integrations using Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Oracle Workflow

• Perform performance tuning and Unix/Linux shell scripting for supporting processes

• Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate needs into sustainable solutions

• Independently drive development activities through to successful implementation

Required Technical Skills

• Strong Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle SQL development

• Oracle EBS R12.2 technical development — RICE components, customizations, and extensions

• Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher (XML Publisher), and Oracle Workflow

• Oracle Financials Technical (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and Procurement (PO, iProcurement)

• Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Unix/Linux shell scripting

• Performance tuning grounded in solid Oracle database concepts

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of hands-on Oracle EBS technical development experience

• Strong analytical and logical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Communicates clearly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Able to own delivery independently from analysis to implementation
