About the Role

Join a fast growing AI engineering team focused on next generation software defined vehicle solutions. You will help design and ship AI based software that powers automotive use cases, collaborating with cross functional teams to translate requirements into robust systems.

What You'll Do

Lead development of AI powered software solutions using modern ML models and architectures.
Build and deploy end to end AI services including data pipelines, model training, evaluation, and monitoring.
Apply techniques such as retrieval augmented generation, agent based frameworks, and fine tuning of large language models.
Collaborate with product and engineering peers to capture requirements and communicate architecture and interfaces clearly.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of hands on experience in AI/ML or closely related fields with a track record of delivering production ready ML systems.
Strong fundamentals in Python with production experience using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience building RAG based systems, agentic frameworks, and fine tuned LLMs in an AI/ML driven environment.
Hands on experience across the full ML lifecycle including data modeling, training, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of ML services, plus familiarity with MLOps concepts.
Proficient in building data engineering pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data preprocessing workflows, ensuring data quality for model training and evaluation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to document architecture and interfaces for cross functional stakeholders.
