Landpro is looking for a Senior Surveyor - Team Lead to join our Central Otago team, based in either Cromwell or Wānaka.

This opportunity could suit an experienced leader ready for a South Island lifestyle change, or a capable Senior Surveyor looking to take the next step into leadership.

Working alongside the National Survey Manager, you'll help lead and develop the team, strengthen client relationships and grow the business. You'll also remain involved in a varied mix of small and large surveying, land development and civil projects across a region that continues to experience significant growth.

What you'll bring

You'll be a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with approximately five or more years' experience and a strong technical foundation.

You'll also bring:

• Experience managing cadastral, land development and civil projects
• Confidence using Landonline and preparing survey datasets
• Strong client, project management and communication skills
• An interest in mentoring others and developing a high-performing team
• The motivation to help grow the business and make a genuine impact
• Experience with 12d, BricsCAD, Pix4D and Leica instruments would be advantageous

You don't need to have held a formal Team Lead title before. If you're technically strong, naturally collaborative and ready to grow as a leader, we'd like to hear from you.
