Why This Opportunity Stands Out True leadership role with significant influence on the future of the tax practice Defined path toward partnership and long-term succession Stable, employee-focused CPA firm with exceptional retention Collaborative culture where relationships matter Strong work-life balance compared to many public accounting firms Competitive compensation with meaningful year-end bonus potential Opportunity to make a lasting impact rather than simply filling a position What You'll Do As a senior leader within the tax practice, you'll: Lead and oversee tax department workflow and priorities Review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, trusts, estates, and nonprofit organizations Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and build long-term relationships Provide technical tax planning, research, and consulting Drive quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the department Partner with firm leadership to support strategic growth and succession planning What We're Looking For Active CPA license 7+ years of public accounting tax experience Experience leading teams within a CPA firm Strong technical tax review experience Excellent client relationship and communication skills Passion for mentoring and developing others Interest in growing into a long-term leadership and partnership role Candidates with experience as a Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager, Tax Director, or similar leadership position within public accounting are encouraged to apply.
