Cinergie Digital is hiring a Senior Technical Engineer (Architect) to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cost-effective enterprise solutions on Core Java and Spring, from cost estimation and solution design through build and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical specifications and design scalable, standards-compliant solutions with solution architects.

• Lead technical design and build for complex cross-team solutions; review and approve designs to ensure the right architecture patterns.

• Lead discovery for medium to large projects: high-level design, proofs-of-concept, prototypes, cost estimates, and business case input.

• Resolve complex production issues and corner cases; run root cause analysis and lessons-learnt, building quality in alongside QA.

• Champion automation and lean delivery; build accelerator frameworks, shape engineering playbooks, and drive technical debt remediation.

• Mentor engineers on clean code, debugging, and testing; track metrics for reliability, scalability, and data quality.

Required Technical Skills

• Expert Core Java and Spring (Boot, Data, Security); JVM tuning and performance troubleshooting.

• Architecture: design patterns, API design standards, microservices, high-availability and scalable design.

• SQL, PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases; integration via REST APIs and Kafka.

• Cloud and container platforms (Kubernetes, major cloud providers) with CI/CD and DevOps automation.

• Testing and quality engineering, plus observability and production support (logging, metrics, tracing).

• Security: OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices, and secure API design.

Candidate Profile

• 8+ years in enterprise Java, recently as a lead engineer or technical architect.

• Proven ownership of complex, high-availability systems end to end.

• Clear communicator with architects, business stakeholders, and engineering teams.

• Hands-on mentor who raises code quality across teams.
